Full Stack Developer

Great Spire is building a wellness-focused social platform and marketplace where seekers and practitioners can connect in a supportive, intentional space, with AI-powered features that make discovery and matching easier.

Role overview

Great Spire is looking for a Full-Stack Developer to help build and improve core product features across mobile (Flutter/FlutterFlow) and backend (Node.js / JavaScript / Xano). You will ship user-facing features, integrate APIs, and help keep the product stable, secure, and scalable.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain app features in Flutter and/or FlutterFlow (iOS/Android).

• Develop backend services in Node.js using JavaScript (APIs, auth, integrations, business logic).

• Connect frontend and backend cleanly (REST/JSON, data models, error handling).

• Improve performance, reliability, and maintainability through refactoring and testing.

• Collaborate with product and design to estimate scope, break down tasks, and deliver in iterations.

Requirements (must-have)

• Strong experience with Flutter (state management, navigation, API integrations).

• Strong JavaScript skills.

• Comfort with Git-based workflows and code reviews.

• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership.

• Great spoken and written communication skills in English

Nice to have

• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL) and backend architecture.

• Experience with cloud deployments, CI/CD, and monitoring.

• Experience building consumer apps or marketplace/social products.
