- Managing mid-size internal or small external projects;
- Developing project plans with clear scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource needs;
- Facilitating requirement gathering and estimation processes;
- Contributing to change management initiatives;
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders and clients, facilitating meetings and progress updates;
- Managing expectations, handling objections, and fostering strong partnerships across business units;
- Assembling and guiding project teams, setting clear expectations and tracking performance;
- Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members;
- Collaborating with QA experts to ensure high-quality deliverables;
- Identifying risks and developing mitigation strategies through proactive planning.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or Business Administration;
- 3+ years in IT project management, working with cross-functional teams in international settings;
- Experience with client-facing projects and product development teams (10+ members);
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, MS Project);
- Solid understanding of SDLC and familiarity with e-gaming industry;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid);
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities;
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills in high-pressure environments;
- Flexibility to adapt strategies to evolving project needs;
- Upper Intermediate+ English level;
- Fluent in Ukrainian or Russian.
