Middle Business Analyst for Payments Integration Team

About your key responsibilities and impact:

— Driving and overseeing the seamless integration of payment APIs with international payment systems, ensuring compatibility and optimal functionality;

— Engaging with external payment service providers to facilitate smooth communication, troubleshooting integration issues, and ensuring timely deliverables;

— Analyzing and interpreting key business metrics related to payment integrations, leveraging insights to enhance monetization strategies and improve customer retention;

— Generating innovative ideas and concepts for payment integrations, transforming them into actionable plans aligned with business objectives;

— Working closely with the development team to implement new product features, providing clear guidance and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure successful execution.

Essential professional experience:

— Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;

— Strong understanding of API documentation, billing, and payment systems;

— Proficiency in requirements analysis, project planning, and risk/change management;

— Ability to create clear and structured technical tasks for development and QA teams;

— Experience with sending API requests (via Postman) or basic programming skills;

— Proficiency in Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.);

— Understanding of Agile development methodologies;

— English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Essential professional experience:

— Previous experience in roles such as QA, backend/frontend developer or Product Manager;

— Skills in market research and competitive analysis.
