    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3 years of experience in technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
    • 3 years of experience in either system design or reading code (e.g., Java, C++, Python, etc.).
    • Experience with Data/SQL and web technologies.


    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in advanced measurement solutions like Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and incrementality.
    • Technical experience of working with API setup and architecture.
    • Knowledge of Digital advertising and Measurement platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools.
    • Ability to communicate in German/French/Spanish/Portuguese/Hebrew fluently in order to support client relationship management in this region.

    As a Measurement Specialist within the gTech Ads Solution Team, our mission is to empower Large Customer Sales (LCS) clients to achieve business outcomes through data-driven measurement.

    In this role, you will partner with clients, agencies, and internal gTech/Sales teams, providing scaled, support to build measurement readiness. This includes assessing and preparing clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators. You will help clients to maximize value from Google's products and shape the future of measurement.

    Responsibilities

    • Discover customer measurement readiness needs by understanding clients business plans, issues/goals and business direction.
    • Analyze existing third-party partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner.
    • Participate in ideation, design and delivery of joint services plan for services under scope.
    • Assess and prepare clients to implement infrastructure, identify data gaps, enhance data collection, and accurately track performance against key indicators.
    • Lead Measurement Products to POC to internal Sales Teams and external advertiser teams/partners.
