Job description

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience with software development or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree in an industry setting.
2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms in either an academic or industry setting.
2 years of experience with developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage or hardware architecture.
Experience in one or more of the following programming languages: C, C++, Python, Go.

Preferred qualifications:

2 years of experience working with cloud technologies with experience in VMWare, GCP.
Experience with building AI and machine learning solutions, MLOps frameworks like Kubeflow, and leveraging specific machine learning architectures (e.g., deep learning, generative AI, forecasting etc.).
Experience architecting and developing software or infrastructure for scalable, high performance, distributed systems.

Responsibilities

Engage in and enhance the whole life cycle of software development - design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software.
Manage individual project priorities and deliverables.
Collaborate within and across teams and learn, work on cloud technologies designed for large scale, high performance and high reliability.
Contribute to Google-internal, but also OSS projects.
