Responsibilities

• Participate in the design and implementation of new features of the Android-based implementation of ChromeOS System UI.
• Collaborate with partner teams across ChromeOS and Android engineering organizations.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, or 1 year of experience with an advanced degree.
• 2 years of experience with data structures or algorithms.
• 2 years of experience building developer tools (e.g., compilers, automated releases, code design and testing, test automation frameworks).

Preferred qualifications:

• Master’s degree or PhD in Engineering, Computer Science, a technical related field, or equivalent practical experience
• 2 years of experience with software development in Java or Kotlin programming language
