    Minimum qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
    • 8 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript).
    • 3 years of experience in a technical leadership role; overseeing projects, with 2 years of experience in a people management, supervision/team leadership role.

    Preferred qualifications:

    • Experience in an engineering or operations role in distributed systems and large-scale environments.
    • Experience in analyzing global scale distributed systems.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.

    In this role, you will accelerate AI adoption and enhance observability within Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) operations. You will be responsible for designing, building and maintaining the core infrastructure and tools that empower SRE teams to leverage the power of AI and gain insights into system behavior. You will develop base APIs for essential AI functionalities (similarity, clustering, RAG) across various data sources. You will develop AI features like incident-support case matcher, similarity search, bug analyzer, to improve engineering efficiency and customer satisfaction. Implementing production cohorting and regression attribution capabilities to enable deeper insights into production workloads and targeted issue detection.

    • Deliver and manage responsibilities and take care of the team.
    • Set team priorities and drive team Objectives and Key Results (OKR) execution with input from SRE leadership and cross-functional partners.
    • Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Establish technical credibility and guide the team for high quality delivery.
    • Design the primary oncall rotation and cultivate technical curiousity and growth mindset, and a blameless culture within the team.
