Job description

Duties

Develop and maintain process automation on Iaas/Paas frameworks across different Hadoop cluster technologies in different hosting environments
Evaluate security technologies for cloud environments in order to implement controls in the most streamlined and integrated manner
Deploy automated security solutions for cloud delivery processes
Develop secure solutions, based on approved security architectures
Securing public SaaS cloud deployments, IaaS/PaaS private cloud, DevOps environments
BI Tool stack setup/connectivity/service design/deployment (with help of service provider)
Deployment orchestration, automation & security configuration management (Jenkins, Puppet, Chef, etc.)
Supporting service-oriented architecture for cloud-based service
Collaborate with project teams & delivery leads to address systemic security defects at an enterprise level
Evaluate emerging information security trends and technology and make risk-based recommendations to support the security strategy
Providing advice and insights into the maintenance of security policies and standards for the public/private/hybrid cloud contexts
Supporting Security Operations Center service for cloud-related incident

Skills/Requirements

2-4 years of work experience with Linux, Linux OS, Cloud Security & Identity
AWS technologies: EC2, ECS, Lambda, S3, EBS, EFS, Redshift, RDS, DynamoDB, VPC, CloudWatch, CloudFormation, CloudTrail, OpsWorks, IAM, Directory Service, Ansible
MS Azure: Security Center, Azure Active Directory (Core, Developer, B2C, Services), Key Vault
Cloudera, HDInsights (Hortonworks), EMR
CIS security standards, SELinux
Understanding major operations (ITIL)
Potential new cluster technologies (ML GPU cluster)
Being comfortable with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
Strong grasp of automation tools
Understanding and efficiency in collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
