How you will grow with us:

In this role you will:
- Tackle design challenges for clients from all over the world.
- Prepare and conduct client workshops that aim to understand and distill their problems.
- Turn ideas into product concepts based on gathered requirements.
- Be a part of a skilled and knowledgeable team.

Required skills:
- 2+ years of experience designing products for both desktop and mobile.
- Strong command of written and spoken English (Polish is not necessary).
- A portfolio showcasing your end-to-end design process (preferably with real-life examples of launched products).
- Capability to clearly communicate and discuss ideas & concepts.
- Ability to document your designs with precision and lead a development team to match your project quality.
- Proficiency in design, prototyping, and hand-off tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.
Nice to have:
- Experience in UX research and usability testing.
- A social media presence with up-to-date profiles on Dribbble and Behance.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks.
- Interest in sustainable transportation and automotive industry issues, because we’re also into this ;)
