We are seeking a System Analyst who is keen on working within a product development team, has a background in system and integration analysis, and is ready to take on a dynamic career opportunity by driving requirements analysis, resolving system issues, and enhancing product functionalities!
What you will be doing:
- Providing analytical expertise through requirements analysis, product design, and preparation of functional specifications, managing specific components of the product backlog.
- Addressing product bugs and malfunctions by analyzing root causes and troubleshooting unexpected system behaviors.
- Identifying opportunities and resolving issues stemming from market changes, business strategy shifts, user behavior, client needs, and evolving regulatory requirements.
- Overseeing the development, QA, and deployment of product functionalities to ensure quality and adherence to project goals.
- Collaborating within an agile squad and engaging with other product stakeholders to maintain alignment on objectives.
- Supporting project planning by defining tasks, estimating effort, and identifying risks for efficient execution.
- Enhancing engineering and product practices by learning, sharing knowledge, and applying best practices across the team.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in agile product development environment.
- 5+ years of relevant system/integration/business analysis, product management/design.
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or experience.
- Experience in system integration analysis and design.
- Working skills in system, business and requirements analysis tools and practices.
- Working knowledge of information security and privacy.
- Understanding of software development, UX/UI design, IT service management.
- Working proficiency in English (B2+).
