WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?
In our team you will be integrated into a large IT Service Organization.
Among the expected tasks are:
Support customers through technical help desk
installation and configuration of HW equipment
Installation of SW solutions (virtual machines, Operating Systems, antivirus, ...)
Troubleshoot issues spanning multiple systems and technologies.
Contact with local customers and providers
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for IT support specialist with:
(Medium) Microsoft Administration: experience and knowledge about Windows Domain (Azure & On-premise), o365, Exchange Online, Windows 11 and experience in Troubleshooting (helpdesk).
(Medium) Hardware Environments: experience and knowledge about rackmounting elements in a cabinet, Installing and configuring different hardware elements (servers, KVMs, switches, etc), design HW Systems and cabling/labeling.
(Medium)Linux Administration: (multiple Distributions) knowledge about the systems and Linux commands.
(Basic) Virtual Environments: knowledge about Virtual Machines and Virtualization operating systems (mainly VMWare)
(Basic) Networking: knowledge about network devices, how they work and troubleshooting Network commands.
We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:
Linux administration (multiple distributions)
Virtualization (mainly VMWARE, others desirable)
Networks, communication.
