System Engineer

We are seeking an experienced System Engineer to design, deploy, and manage our corporate server infrastructure. This role involves ensuring high availability, security, and optimal performance of our systems, as well as integrating cloud services to enhance operational efficiency.

What you’ll do:

• Design, deploy, and manage server infrastructure to support the corporate environment.
• Install, configure, and maintain server operating systems, hardware, and software.
• Continuously monitor server performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Implement security protocols to safeguard systems against potential threats.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate servers with networking, storage, and other enterprise technology.
• Administer and integrate Microsoft Azure and Office 365 services for optimized cloud resource use.
• Troubleshoot and resolve server issues, providing user support as needed.
• Administer MS SQL databases, focusing on maintenance, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Stay updated with industry trends in server technology, Azure, and Office 365, and implement best practices.

What we expect:

• Proven experience as a Systems Engineer or similar, with expertise in corporate server systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of server OS (Windows Server, Linux) and virtualization (VMware).
• Proficiency in server hardware, storage systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365.
• Experience with server monitoring and optimization tools.
• Basic MS SQL administration; knowledge of other databases is a plus.
• Fluent English is required, along with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration abilities.
