Remote Senior Backend Developer

We're seeking a seasoned professional who can dive deep into the intricacies of back-end development while maintaining a strategic vision for project delivery.

Core Tech Expertise:

• Advanced knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git
• Extensive practical experience with cloud-based solutions (AWS preferred)
• In-depth experience working with databases, especially MySQL and PostgreSQL
• Mastery of Node.js and related libraries and frameworks (e.g., Nest.js)
• Proven ability to design and create robust, scalable RESTful APIs
• At least 5 years of professional experience as a Back-end Developer with Node.js technology
• Strong familiarity with automated testing tools and CI/CD processes

Soft Skills:

• Leadership: Ability to mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions
• Problem-solving: Proven track record of tackling complex technical challenges
• Communication: Skill in translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
• Adaptive Thinking: Ability to adjust strategies based on new data or unexpected challenges
• Proactive Anticipation: Identifying potential issues before they become problems
• Languages: English (B2 minimum)

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with e-commerce systems, particularly Medusa.js
• Familiarity with front-end technologies like React/Next.js
• Proficiency in writing automated tests

Additional Qualities:

• Experience with microservices architecture
• Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Contributions to open-source projects
