Python Backend Developer

Project Description:

We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team in building a robust platform for electricity usage data visualization, sensor configuration, and user administration. We need someone with solid experience (senior) whom we can rely on to make the right choices, helping us build a strong and dependable infrastructure that's resilient to bugs, which we can confidently use to grow our business.

Requirements:

- Experienced in data processing and analysis to enhance solution performance and efficiency.

- Proficient in DevOps tools and practices, including CI/CD, Git and programming with Python.

- Experienced in developing modern applications using best practices, with a particular focus on databases, back-end development, and web services.

- Comfortable with various web communication protocols (HTTP, MQTT, WebSocket, etc.).

- Strong analytical mindset with a solid understanding of business processes.

- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork.

- Exhibits rigor, decision-making ability, and autonomy in task execution.

- Experience with Mongo DB.

-Knowledgeable in IoT communication protocols (Modbus, MBus, Lora, etc.). is a plus.

- Proficient in English. French is a plus.

Responsibilities:

 - Design, develop, and enhance platform features with a focus on scalability and performance.

- Oversee and maintain our cloud environment hosted on DigitalOcean.

- Provide technical support to the operations team to ensure smooth platform functioning.

- Integrate and manage external APIs and services, including CRM ( Salesforce) and ERP systems.
