AI Engineer

Project Description:

 We are looking for a skilled AI Engineer with experience in Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic Architectures to join our innovative AI team. You will contribute to exciting AI projects, focusing on developing and optimizing advanced AI workflows.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.

- 4+ years of relevant experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and Machine Learning.

- 3+ years of programming experience in Node.js.

- Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP.

- Hands-on experience with major AI platforms and APIs such as Azure AI, OpenAI API, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic API, NVIDIA AI tools, and open-source LLMs and frameworks

- Familiarity with search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch) and vector databases (e.g., Chroma).

- Knowledge of frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, and LlamaIndex.

- Experience developing RESTful APIs and microservices.

- Practical experience implementing RAG workflows.

- Ability to work with large-scale structured and unstructured datasets, including data ingestion, preprocessing, and optimization for AI workflows.

- Familiarity with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., CrewAI, Autogen, Taskweave).

- Strong skills in Prompt Engineering.

- Understanding of vector databases and embedding models.

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, unit testing, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Experience with code reviews and pull requests (PRs), promoting clean, maintainable code and collaborative development practices.

- Awareness of AI ethics and responsible AI practices is a plus.

-Good English communication skills (B2 or higher).

Responsibilities:

 - Develop and improve AI-first products and intelligent workflows using Large Language - Models (LLMs), generative AI, and retrieval systems.

- Work closely with other teams to gather project requirements and build core AI-powered solutions.

- Research new advancements in generative AI, retrieval systems, and agentic architectures.

- Create scalable systems to manage structured and unstructured data efficiently.

- Document AI workflows clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Promote best practices for developing, deploying, and evaluating AI models.
