About the project: The Generative AI Platform project leverages cutting-edge AI and ML technologies to develop and deploy cloud-agnostic Gen AI applications on demand and enable users to create custom solutions for Sales, Marketing, Software Engineering, and Customer Service use cases. Fully managed RAG workflow including ingestion, retrieval, and augmentation of data, securely connected to many types of information consolidated and aggregated from multiple sources. The Platform’s ultimate goal is to deliver the user-friendly LLM as a Service Model (LLMaaS) trained on internal company resources, which contributes to the adoption of AI among multiple consumers across the business.

Requirements:

• 3+ Experience with Kubernetes / Redhat OpenShift (CKA / CKID certification preferred)
• 3+ years experience working with Kubernetes on on-prem data centers (Experience with Storage, Networking, Secrets management is preferred)
• 3+ years experience of shell / Python scripting
• Implementing CI/CD using GitHub actions
• Experience with GitOps methodology using ArgoCD
• Basic knowledge of Networking
• Experience of developing Infrastructure as code usingTerraform, nice to have
• Excellent troubleshooting skills specially around K8S and Linux
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Excellent team working and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust Kubernetes or Redhat OpenShift infrastructures in on-prem data centers, ensuring high availability and scalability.
• Develop and maintain scripts and infrastructure-as-code solutions using Terraform (if applicable) to facilitate consistent and efficient environment setups.
• Configure and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to automate the deployment processes and ensure seamless integration across systems.
• Utilize GitOps methodologies with ArgoCD to manage deployments transparently and maintain configuration integrity across environments.
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes and Linux-based systems to quickly resolve infrastructure issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with network teams to manage and optimize on-prem networking configurations, storage solutions, and secrets management.
• Provide expert guidance and support to project teams on best practices for on-prem deployment and infrastructure management.
• Enhance team collaboration and communication to ensure alignment on project goals and timelines, maintaining high standards of delivery within scheduled timelines.
