Requirements:

– Written and spoken Japanese language proficiency (equivalent of JLPT N1 or N2, it is not mandatory to have an official JLPT certification)

– Written and spoken English language proficiency (equivalent of B2 or higher)

– Proven communication and interpersonal skills (working with Japan and CEE-based teams)

– Openness to work with Japanese culture

– Able to interface with the technical and business teams

– Have some commercial sense/business understanding

Job Responsibilities:

– Develop product vision and roadmap

– Define epics and stories based on requirements

– Look for product insights in different sources, validate the assumptions

– Form the prioritized product backlog for implementation teams

– Be the primary contact point for the development team on product-related questions
