Senior Solutions Engineer

In this role, you’ll have a real impact on shaping digital solutions for our clients. You’ll work across three key areas:

• Improving existing systems

• Building new systems based on proven solutions

• Designing entirely new systems or products

You’ll be at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and propose comprehensive, future-proof solutions.

We operate a hybrid model with an office in Kraków, but depending on the project and individual arrangements, remote work with occasional visit to the Kraków office is also possible. Accommodation and office travel expenses are covered by the company.We are open to candidates from all over Poland.

Your responsibilities:

• Analyzing business needs and processes, gathering and documenting requirements;

• Developing automation plans and strategies;

• Designing and implementing proof-of-concept solutions, followed by full production rollouts;

• Designing IT solutions based on various technologies including low-code platforms and AI;

• Creating and modeling solutions, data structures, business processes, algorithms and user interfaces using visual tools.

Our requirements:

• Solid understanding of IT technology;

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in software development using backend or frontend technologies;

• Experience in analyzing business needs and processes, as well as gathering and documenting requirements;

• Familiarity with process flow frameworks (BPMN, UML);

• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL;

• Application development using business process automation or low-code tools;

• Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript);

• Understanding system integration principles (API etc.);

• Very good command of English (min. B2) - both spoken and written (working with Polish and international clients);

• Very good communication skills;

• Professional approach to work, a strong sense of responsibility to the Client;

• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize.

Optional:

• Familiarity with some of the automation or low code technologies (e.g., Power Platform, Power Apps, Power Query, Python, Power Automate, Power BI, UiPath, Oracle Apex)
