What kind of background you need to have before you join us:

At least one year of proven working experience as a Scrum Master, curiosity, and willingness to learn
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile Mindset
Fluent business and technical English and Polish with excellent communication skills
Good skills to coach team how to follow agile scrum supported by strong practical knowledge of Scrum theory, and agile practices
Understanding the value of metrics and incremental delivery
Familiarity with common development practices, testing and product management in complex environments
Be able to challenge existing status-quo and propose improvements
Proficient knowledge and experience in team development
