Mid Frontend Developer (Angular)

About the Project & Team 

We’re building an enterprise solution supporting Norwegian municipalities in managing private infrastructure – covering areas like water and wastewater facilities, property taxation, and service fee management. Our tools help municipal workers handle data documentation, case management, and communication between contractors, citizens, and government bodies. 

In our team, we strongly believe in taking full ownership of our work. We value adaptability, collaboration, and a willingness to step outside of your comfort zone – whether that means learning new technologies, tackling unfamiliar challenges, or taking on broader responsibilities to help the project move forward. 

What we are looking for?

We’re looking for a Frontend Developer who’s passionate about building user-friendly, efficient, and maintainable web applications. 

You should have: 

• 3-4+ years of experience in commercial frontend development (or similar role) 

• Solid experience with modern Angular and TypeScript/JavaScript 

• Proficiency in HTML5 and CSS3 for responsive layouts 

• Basic understanding of backend concepts (REST APIs, SQL) and openness to contribute on the backend side 

• Familiarity with NPM and Git 

• Very good level of English and Polish (spoken and written) 

Nice to Have 

It’s a plus (but not a must!) if you have experience or curiosity in: 

• Working close to a product – e.g., participating in requirement analysis, prototyping, or testing 

• Applying UX/UI design principles or working with a design system 

• Using design tools like Figma 

• Developing backend functionality with .NET C# Web API 

• Working with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx) 

• Using map display libraries (e.g., OpenLayers) 

Your Day-to-Day 

Here’s what your work with us might look like: 

• Collaborating closely within a small cross-functional product team, exchanging ideas and feedback with colleagues from Poland and Norway (5 devs in Gdańsk, Product Owner in Norway) 

• Analysing business and technical problems to find the best solutions 

• Building efficient, responsive, and accessible user interfaces in Angular (sometimes combined with simple backend functionality) 

• Testing and reviewing both your own code and your teammates’ 

• Taking ownership of features – from requirements to release 

• Deepening your domain knowledge to better understand user needs and project context
