This job is all about:
supporting the research process from planning to reporting under the guidance of more experienced researchers,
assisting in meetings with clients and product teams to understand business goals and user context,
helping to formulate basic research questions based on product and user needs,
assisting in preparing and conducting simple research activities such as interviews, surveys or usability tests,
helping to organize and analyze research data and prepare clear, structured summaries,
supporting the product team by sharing research findings and observations,
learning and contributing to improving our research processes, tools and methods.
Required skills and experience:
very basic or initial experience in UX/CX/product research (e.g. university projects, internships, personal projects) or strong motivation to learn,
basic understanding of research methods such as interviews, usability testing, desk research or surveys,
willingness to learn how to choose and apply the right research methods,
ability to communicate findings in a clear and structured way,
good command of written and spoken English, and Polish is a must,
attention to detail, curiosity and eagerness to learn,
good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment,
genuine interest in understanding users and their needs.
