UX Researcher

This job is all about:

• supporting the research process from planning to reporting under the guidance of more experienced researchers,

• assisting in meetings with clients and product teams to understand business goals and user context,

• helping to formulate basic research questions based on product and user needs,

• assisting in preparing and conducting simple research activities such as interviews, surveys or usability tests,

• helping to organize and analyze research data and prepare clear, structured summaries,

• supporting the product team by sharing research findings and observations,

• learning and contributing to improving our research processes, tools and methods.

Required skills and experience:

• very basic or initial experience in UX/CX/product research (e.g. university projects, internships, personal projects) or strong motivation to learn,

• basic understanding of research methods such as interviews, usability testing, desk research or surveys,

• willingness to learn how to choose and apply the right research methods,

• ability to communicate findings in a clear and structured way,

• good command of written and spoken English, and Polish is a must,

• attention to detail, curiosity and eagerness to learn,

• good organizational skills and ability to work in a team environment,

• genuine interest in understanding users and their needs.
