About the Role:

As a Solution Delivery Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing cutting-edge software solutions that drive digital transformation and deliver exceptional value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Innovative Solutions: Develop scalable and secure software architectures that align with client needs and industry best practices.
• Transform Requirements into Architecture: Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical blueprints and actionable plans.
• Team Leadership: Guide and support cross-functional teams, including developers, analysts, DevOps, and testers, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Streamline Processes: Enhance team workflows and prioritize tasks to achieve efficiency and meet deadlines.
• Modernize Systems: Lead initiatives to replace legacy systems with advanced, future-proof solutions.
• Engage Stakeholders: Foster clear communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and advocate for improvements.
• Oversee Project Delivery: Manage the entire lifecycle of technical solutions, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mitigate Risks: Identify potential risks and proactively implement strategies to address challenges effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

Solution Architecture Expertise:

• Proven ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient technical architectures.
• Expertise in cloud technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including hands-on experience with infrastructure deployment.
• Strong command of modern software practices like DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, containerization (e.g., Docker), and orchestration (e.g. Kubernetes).
• Adept at solving complex technical problems and navigating cross-functional challenges.
• Experience translating business needs into detailed, actionable technical designs.
• History of mentoring teams and driving technical excellence.

Project Delivery and Management Experience:

• Ability to align technical team efforts with project objectives and timelines.
• Experience enhancing team productivity through optimized workflows and task prioritization.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and, preferably, DSDM frameworks.
• Skilled in pre-empting and addressing project overruns in budgets and schedules.
• Expertise in coordinating multi-technology projects across diverse teams.
• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring consistent quality and timely delivery.

Your Experience and Skills:

• A minimum of 10 years leading digital transformation initiatives and designing solution architectures.
• Proven ability to inspire teams while fostering innovation and high performance.
• Hands-on experience with eCommerce solutions (B2B & B2C) and Mar-Tech stacks (Loyalty, Marketing Automation, Engagement).
• Fluency in both English(C1-C2) and Polish.
• University degree in a technical field.
