The Future Mind team is looking for an IT Project Manager to join our team in Warsaw, Tychy, Poznań or fully remotely.
If you are a reliable Project Manager ready to lead software development teams on a wide variety of projects, who can deliver software based on the client's vision and business requirements, and take responsibility for the finished product, keep reading and take part in our remote hiring process.

The job is all about:
- taking responsibility for implementing the visions of our clients in line with UX standards and our technological capabilities, to meet their business goals,
- supervising the project valuation process, preparing scopes and timetables,
- organizing and supporting the team, coordinating product development, and reporting progress,
- testing the resulting solutions and recommending new ideas.
Here's what we're looking for:
- knowledge of the mobile and web software development process, technologies and methodologies,
- ability to lead software development teams and effectively communicate with engineers and clients,
- at least four years experience in the role of an IT Project Manager working in the software development industry,
- very good command of English in writing and in speaking,
- ability to solve problems accompanied by some healthy assertiveness and good negotiation skills,
- a high degree of responsibility and ability to work under the pressure - you can't be afraid of deadlines! :),
- attention to detail, consistency, determination, and accuracy,
- knowledge of IT project management standards (Agile, Scrum, CI/CD, Jira).
