Are you passionate about quality and ready to lead a QA team? As a QA Lead, you'll ensure our products meet the highest standards while driving innovation and efficiency in our testing processes.

What You'll Be Responsible For

• Lead QA Efforts: Manage and mentor a team of QA engineers, ensuring smooth collaboration and top-notch performance.
• Oversee Quality: Maintain high-quality standards across our games and web platforms throughout the development lifecycle.
• Testing Expertise: Conduct and oversee manual testing (functional, UI/UX, integration, regression, and installation) while advancing automation testing initiatives.
• Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and checklists using tools like TestRail or Jira.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and manage defects to resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement best practices to continuously improve testing workflows and team efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure seamless product development.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in QA Testing: 5+ years as a QA engineer, including significant experience with games and websites. STP and STD experience a must.
• Leadership Skills: 1+ years of leading and managing QA teams.
• Tool Proficiency: Hands-on experience with tools like TestRail, Jira, or similar platforms.
• Detail-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
• Strong Problem-Solver: You excel at identifying issues and driving efficient solutions.
• Hybrid Work Flexibility: Ability to work 4 days a week in our Warsaw office and 1 day remotely.
• Language Proficiency: Fluent in Polish and English.

Nice to Have

• Hands-on experience with automation testing tools and methodologies.
• Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of the gaming industry.
