Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and analytical Data Scientist to join our growing team. This role will focus on analyzing data stored in ClickHouse and providing actionable insights to drive business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in data analysis, statistics, KPI monitoring, and visualization, with a particular emphasis on Power BI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze large datasets from ClickHouse, uncover trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business strategy.
• Data Visualization: Create and manage advanced dashboards and reports in Power BI, providing clear and intuitive insights for stakeholders.
• KPI Monitoring: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve business performance.
• Problem Solving: Identify data-related issues, diagnose root causes, and implement effective solutions independently.
• Statistical Modeling & Forecasting: Apply statistical methods to model and forecast trends, optimizing decision-making processes.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by implementing quality control processes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Marketing, and Engineering, to understand data needs and deliver tailored insights.
• Automation & Efficiency: Develop automated workflows and scripts for data extraction, transformation, and analysis to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Technical Expertise:
• Proficiency in ClickHouse for data storage and analysis.
• Strong experience with Power BI for data visualization and reporting.
• Advanced SQL skills for querying and managing large datasets.
• Data Science & Analytics:
• Strong foundation in statistics, data analysis, and modeling.
• Experience with Python or R for advanced data analysis and machine learning.
• Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking:
• Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve complex data-related issues independently.
• Strong critical thinking skills to interpret data and derive meaningful insights.
