Key Responsibilities:

Organization and coordination of the work of the art department’s executors, optimization and monitoring of the utilization of resources, implementation of the production plan and the timely delivery of all tasks

• Manage the daily tasks, workflows, and priorities of the Art team to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Oversee timelines and ensure short-term goals and deadlines are consistently met.
• Task management. Assign tasks, prioritize workloads, and optimize resource utilization based on sprint/short-term needs.
• Maintain day-to-day communication with team members.
• Maintain day-to-day cooperation with outsourcing studios, ensuring seamless communication and task execution based on established agreements.
• Address any challenges or blockers with the art team or outsourcing partners to maintain project momentum.
• Keep the Art Producer informed with regular updates on team progress, outsourcing contributions and potential risks.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience managing art teams, art timelines, and external collaborations. Experience managing outsourcing studios is a plus.
• Knowledge of Art and Production Processes; 3D Art pipelines, art tools familiarity is a plus
• Experience in Multicultural and Multilingual Environments. Proven ability to work effectively in diverse teams, fostering a collaborative atmosphere. Experience in working in a mixed culture of post-soviet and western cultures is a plus.
• Experience working with license holder approval processes is a plus.
• Written and spoken proficiency in English and Russian, enabling seamless communication across multilingual teams and outsourcing partners. Proficiency in Polish or Hebrew is a plus.
• Shipped Live Products. Proven track record of contributing to the successful delivery and launch of live products.
