Requirements:

• Proficiency in C# programming language is essential.

• At least 7 years of experience in professional software development.

• Solid experience in network programming.

• An understanding of high performance, low latency and high availability.

• Deep knowledge of multithreading and concurrency

• Hands-on experience with AWS public cloud.

• Familiarity with messaging infrastructure like Kafka, or similar technologies.

• In-depth knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and caching technologies (e.g., Redis).

• Practical experience in using Docker and Kubernetes.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Fluency in Polish and English enabling effective collaboration across teams.
