Your Responsibilities:
I. Process Management:

Process Automation: Analysis of processes for automation opportunities, proposing and implementing high-impact automation solutions for PAM systems, collaboration with the development team.

Monitoring and Reporting: Continuous monitoring of PAM system performance, generating regular reports, trend analysis, and identification of potential problems and risks. Creating reports on security threats and proposing mitigation plans.

Security Optimization: Active monitoring and improvement of PAM system security, implementing best practices and security standards, proactively searching for and eliminating security vulnerabilities.

Implementation and Enforcement of Security Policies: Ensuring compliance of PAM systems with applicable security policies, managing privileges, conducting security audits, and monitoring compliance with standards (e.g., ISO 27001).

Risk Analysis: Regular risk analysis related to PAM systems, identification of potential threats, and proposals for solutions to minimize risk.
II. Customer Relations:

Support for Continuous Improvement Plans: Active participation in continuous improvement plans, providing technical information and proposing innovative solutions.

Communication: Clear and effective communication with stakeholders (technical and non-technical), both internal and external.

SME for High-Complexity Services: Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for at least two high-complexity services, providing technical support and expert knowledge.
III. Documentation:

Documentation Creation and Updates: Creating and maintaining current and precise technical documentation related to PAM systems, including HLD, LLD, and other architectural documents. Preparing technical input for documentation such as Service Description, Statement of Work, and Service RACI Matrix.

Documentation Reviews: Regular reviews of technical documentation to identify gaps and inconsistencies, creating and updating work instructions and processes.
IV. Incident and Change Management:

Advanced Technical Problem Solving: Independently and proactively diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems related to PAM systems, analyzing logs, and identifying root causes of failures; supporting other team members with less complex incidents by sharing reliable and proven knowledge.

Incident Management: Managing critical incidents according to ITIL best practices, including identification, diagnosis, resolution, communication, monitoring, escalation, incident closure, SLA responsibility, and Lesson Learned documentation.

Collaboration in Solution Design: Active participation in collaboration with architects in designing new solutions and improvements to PAM systems.

Project Participation: Active participation in projects related to the implementation and development of PAM systems, providing technical input and support.
-
Change Management: Active participation in the change management process, assessing the impact of changes on PAM systems and ensuring compliance with procedures.

Vendor Collaboration: Effective collaboration with PAM software vendors to resolve issues and obtain technical support.
V. Professional Development:

Professional Development: Maintaining current certifications and obtaining at least one certification per year in the supported technology portfolio.

Mentoring: Conducting training and mentoring for junior and mid-level employees in PAM, transferring knowledge and experience, and supporting their professional development.
Our Requirements:
- Implementation & configuration of Wallix Bastion Solution in multi-node cluster environment along with Access Manager
- In-depth knowledge of Wallix CLI, Backup and recovery procedures
- Perform upgrade of Wallix Bastion & Access Manager component in complex & multi-node cluster environment
- Perform Wallix Replication configuration, troubleshoot related issues
- Administration, policy configuration, 3rd party integrations & Support Wallix Bastion solution
- On-boarding objects to deliver password/Key rotation, session management, Application password management for different targets like Windows, Unix, Network etc.
- Good to have experience working with Wallix API and customize as required
- Skilled in handling Unix environment
- Willing to work in rotational shifts support model
- Willing to learn new technologies.
- Experience in preparing and maintaining HLD, LLD and other Architecture documents.
Implementation experience with other PAM Solutions - CyberArk, Thycotic will be an added advantage.
Must have Skills: Wallix PAM (WAB), Wallix Access Manager
