Principal Solution Architect / Technical Consultant – Palantir Foundry

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect or Technical Consultant with a deep focus on Palantir Foundry and a strong foundation in AI/ML technologies, especially in the context of operational and large-scale data platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about combining data engineering, business consulting, and cutting-edge AI solutions, including LLMs, to drive real impact across industries.

Profile Overview

As a core member of our architecture and delivery team, you will work closely with clients across various sectors and organizational sizes (from mid-market to enterprise) to understand their business needs and technical landscapes. Leveraging your advanced knowledge of Palantir Foundry and AI-driven capabilities, you will design and implement tailored solutions that not only address client expectations but also uncover untapped opportunities through your own analysis.

This is a client-facing role that requires both strategic thinking and hands-on technical leadership — from early discovery sessions through to delivery and post-deployment value realization.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with clients to gather requirements, identify opportunities, and define future-state architectures that maximize the value of Palantir Foundry and integrated AI capabilities.
• Design and lead the development of end-to-end solutions that leverage data pipelines, semantic models, operational workflows, and AI components such as LLM-based agents, predictive models, and automated decision systems.
• Bridge the gap between business challenges and technical solutions using AI to enhance operational efficiency, strategic planning, and real-time decision-making.
• Drive solution delivery — hands-on or as a technical lead — ensuring solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with client goals.
• Guide clients in the adoption of AI/ML features in Foundry, including model development, deployment, and governance using Palantir's Ontology, Code Workbooks, and Machine Learning Tooling.
• Articulate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders of varying technical backgrounds.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience with Palantir Foundry, including hands-on solution design and delivery in real-world projects.
• Strong consulting background with client engagement across diverse sectors and scales (medium to enterprise-level organizations).
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, particularly as implemented within Foundry (e.g., deployment of LLMs, integration of ML pipelines, or use of AI agents in operational workflows).
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver solutions based on both explicit client requirements and proactive opportunity identification.
• Experience leading or contributing significantly to implementation, either independently or as a technical lead.
• Fluent English (C1/C2), with excellent communication skills for client interactions, documentation, and presentations.
• Background as a Solution Architect, AI/Data Consultant, or in similar roles combining technology leadership with strategic engagement.
• Advanced-level certification or formal enablement in Palantir Foundry

Nice to Have

• Experience with other platforms in the Palantir ecosystem (AIP, Apollo) or comparable enterprise data/AI platforms (e.g., Databricks, Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, Snowflake with Snowpark/LLMs).
• Familiarity with data-centric AI/LLM orchestration frameworks or operational agents (e.g., retrieval-augmented generation, fine-tuning strategies, vector search).
• Understanding of modern data/AI architectures, including data mesh, real-time streaming, and MLOps practice
