Job description
Responsibilities:
- Daily control of automatic jobs and IDocs
- IDoc issue root cause analysis and resolution
- Providing support for SAP SD module as well as associated interfaces and reports
- Performing 2nd level production support for the tickets submitted by end users
- Hands-on configuration and customization
- Proposing and executing configuration changes and/or enhancements to the existing system to resolve production support issues
- Cooperation with the business representatives and Competency Centre colleagues to design appropriate solutions
Requirements:
- University degree in computer science, business informatics, logistics or equivalent qualification
- 1 to 2 years of technical experience with SAP Sales and Distribution module as Key User or in a technical team
- Experience with IDoc monitoring and problem solving
- Knowledge and experience in different SAP modules, especially SAP FI and IS-Retail will be a strong advantage (customizing and ABAP debugging would be highly appreciated)
- ITIL knowledge would be an asset
