The Privileged Access Management Engineer is responsible for overseeing FDT's Privileged Access Management services and solutions based on CyberArk as main application. PAM Engineer ensures that customer needs are met by leveraging technological advancements to deliver an integrated privileged access experience within the Fresenius environment.
This role involves understanding customer requirements and mapping them to technical functions, as well as providing the skills, knowledge and experience from a technology perspective to operate and support the services based on CyberArk. PAM Engineer will improve and develop the services under guidance of the Privileged Access Management architect.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Operating global Privileged Access Management services (PAM) based on CyberArk CorePAS, Alero and Application Access Management and further third party systems
- Fulfillling requests for connecting new target systems, onboarding accounts, enable user mass enablement
- Preparation and implementation of upcoming changes in CyberArk on premise infrastructure and implemented capabilites
- Engagement in relevant working groups with customers to identify business needs and announce upcomming changes in alignment with the Privileged Access Management architect
- Implementation of approved changes to Privileged Access Management services in alignment with the Privileged Access Management architect
- Identifying and implementation PAM improvement measurements in alignment with the PAM architect
- Ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and policies
- Providing user trainings and support key user communities Support preparation of user communication
- Providing support for logged 2nd and 3rd level incident and problem tickets and coordination of 3rd level incident tickets with 3rd party providers
- Developing and enhancing personal skills and train support staff on changed and new features
- Keeping existing documentation up-to-date
What is important from our point of view:
- More than 3 years experience operating PAM services
- Good knowledge of modern PAM solutions, i.e. CyberArk; BeyondTrust
- Hands-on experience with CyberArk capabilities and integration with target systems
- Good understanding of the customers’ requirements
- Strong networking capabilities
- Basic project management skills
Nice to have:
- Microsoft PowerShell knowledge
- User Directory (AD, LDAP) knowledge
- Knowlege with REST APIs
