At Fourthwall, we help creators launch their brands by designing and selling custom products without ever handling inventory. The product catalog is the backbone of that promise: it's the system that powers everything creators can customize and sell on their storefronts.
Our product catalog works, but it's riddled with gaps. We ship one product per week. We need 1 per day. This is not a maintenance role; it's a complete transformation.
We're hiring a Head of Product Delivery to lead this critical turnaround. This is a deeply technical, operational, and creative leadership position managing the highest-complexity part of our product.
You'll lead 4-8 engineers and coordinate with multiple manufacturing partners globally to make our product catalog world-class, from launching new products to building 3D rendering pipelines, implementing advanced manufacturing techniques such as screen printing, and providing MOQ support and pre-order systems.
If you're the kind of leader who thrives on 60-hour weeks during critical phases, can say "no" effectively, and turns messy processes into scalable systems, we need you.
You'll be responsible for:
Core Delivery Engine:
Own the 10-stage product launch engine: from manufacturer onboarding through API integration, 3D model creation, design tool updates, and quality assurance
Scale launches from 1/month to 1/day through systematic process improvements
Manage complex dependencies across photoshoots, rendering pipelines, and manufacturing specifications
Manufacturing Innovation:
Implement minimum-order-quantity (MOQ) manufacturing systems supporting screen printing and bulk production
Build pre-order and crowdfunding capabilities with escrow payment systems
Create hybrid manufacturing orchestration (on-demand + bulk)
Integrate with 3PLs for inventory management and fulfillment
Technical Leadership:
Lead 4-8 engineers through complete system rebuilds
Coordinate with global manufacturing partners across time zones
Drive API integrations for real-time order routing and tracking
Implement automated quality checks and preflight systems
Operational Excellence:
Manage 250+ planned tasks and 1000+ incoming requests with ruthless prioritization
Reduce creator-impacting bugs to near zero
Build feedback loops between creators’ needs and manufacturing capabilities
Drive cross-functional alignment with operations, revenue, and marketing
What we're looking for
Non-negotiable requirements:
5+ years leading complex technical operations with manufacturing or e-commerce logistics
Proven experience managing 2+ engineers plus external partners simultaneously
Track record of turning around underperforming systems/teams
Grind mentality: Ready for ~60 hours/week during the initial transformation phase
Ability to work with US teams until 7 PM CET (10 AM PT) multiple times per week
Technical expertise:
Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, APIs, and fulfillment systems
Experience with product visualization, 3D rendering, or design-to-production workflows
Proficiency with Jira, SQL, behavior analytics platforms (Amplitude, Clarity, FullStory)
Knowledge of print-on-demand, screen printing, and bulk manufacturing
Skilled in utilizing AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Perplexity) to enhance product quality through quick research, MVP prototyping, SQL queries, backlog management, and feedback analysis. Sees AI as an essential daily partner for proof-of-concepts and automating communication with manufacturing; Ideal candidate possesses advanced prompting skills that boost productivity and support strategic, human-centered decisions
Leadership qualities:
Comfortable making hard decisions and saying "no" frequently
Thrives in high-pressure, high-ambiguity environments
Creates structure from chaos without hand-holding
Obsessed over operational metrics and creator satisfaction
Why is this role different
This isn't a typical product role where you iterate on features. You're taking ownership of a complex operational engine that directly impacts the livelihoods of over 200,000 creators. You'll need to:
Work 12-hour days initially while rebuilding core systems
Make decisions that might upset stakeholders but are right for the business
Balance technical perfection with shipping velocity
Transform a team that's "not firing on all cylinders" into a world-class operation
Perks:
Salary 22,500 - 37,000 PLN (paid in USD, + VAT 0% as you'll be exporting your services to the US),
Equity in our US-based company,
Remote work, flexible working hours, and access to our modern and comfortable office in Poznań (Jeżyce),
B2B agreement for an indefinite period with 26 days of paid vacation per year, health-related absence policy,
An exciting and demanding project that you have a real influence on,
Work in a team of experienced experts and amazing people,
The latest standards of used tools - current and supported frameworks, without working on outdated strategies,
Employer-paid perks (MultiSport, LUX MED + dental care, accounting support, educational budget, English lessons, team integrations, four months parental allowance),
MacBook Pro and any other equipment and software tailored to your needs.
