Senior Frontend Engineer

The role

We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer with a strong track record in building modern, performant, and scalable web applications using React, TypeScript, and Next. You’ll play a key role in shaping our frontend architecture, owning complex features end-to-end, and collaborating closely with designers, product managers, and backend engineers.

What you’ll do

• Lead the implementation of complex UI features using React, TypeScript, and Next

• Work closely with product and design to turn ideas into polished, user-friendly interfaces

• Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve our frontend tech stack

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices

• Mentor other frontend engineers and elevate the technical bar

• Optimize for performance, accessibility, and scalability

• Drive improvements in tooling, developer experience, and UI consistency

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in frontend development with React and TypeScript

• Strong knowledge of Next and modern frontend best practices

• Proven experience designing and implementing production-grade frontend architectures

• Ability to collaborate across disciplines and take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery

• Familiarity with REST or GraphQL APIs and fullstack workflows

• Comfortable working in a bilingual setting (Polish B2+ and English B2+)
