Python Engineer

The role

You'll join one of our cross-functional teams to build meaningful software — from autonomous robotics platforms to data-heavy applications for medtech and biotech clients.

What you’ll do

• Design and develop modern, high-quality applications- often starting from scratch

• Collaborate in a code review and pull request workflow to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing

• Make architectural decisions aligned with product goals and technical constraints

• Find the right balance between development speed and long-term code maintainability

• Translate business and product requirements into clear, technical specifications

• Ensure security best practices are applied from the earliest development stages- especially in projects handling sensitive data

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in commercial Python development

• Strong knowledge of Python and FastAPI

• Practical experience with databases, Docker, and cloud platforms (GCP or AWS)

• Proactive attitude – we appreciate initiative, not just execution

• Understanding of software design patterns and clean architecture principles

• Communicative English (B2+) – we work with international clients

• Writing unit/integration tests doesn’t scare you (you even like it!)

• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+)

• Bonus: Experience with LLMs or AI
