Motion Designer

The role

We’re looking for a Motion Designer with a strong portfolio and proven experience in creating modern, engaging animations for digital products. This is a freelance role perfect for someone who’s independent, detail-oriented, and excited about bringing ideas to life through motion design.

You’ll work on animations for our portfolio, marketing materials, and product demos – from short showcase videos to animated UI flows. 

What you’ll do

• Create short animations and demo videos presenting our products and projects (e.g. app flows, feature previews, marketing clips).

• Collaborate with our team to understand project goals and translate them into clear, engaging motion design.

• Animate UI interactions and product demos for use on our website and in client-facing materials.

• Contribute to improving the visual storytelling of our brand across different channels.

• Organize your own work, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality assets on time.

What we’re looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a Motion Designer (mid/senior level).

• Strong portfolio showcasing animations for digital products, apps, or marketing campaigns.

• Proficiency in motion design tools – Adobe After Effects (preferred) or similar.

• Ability to independently manage your workflow and gather design/animation requirements.

• Strong sense of timing, composition, and visual storytelling.

• Reliability and ability to deliver consistent, polished results in a freelance setup.

• Comfortable working in a bilingual environment (Polish B2+, English B2+)

What we offer

• 90 – 140 PLN/h, B2B net + VAT

• 100% remote work and flexible working hours

• Part-time commitment: up to 20h/week.
