Fullstack Developer (React, Node)

The role

We’re looking for a Fullstack Developer who’s equally comfortable building robust backend systems and intuitive frontends, and who isn’t afraid to talk to users. You’ll work across the JavaScript stack to deliver features that solve real problems. Your role will involve close collaboration with product, design, and end users- helping to shape what we build and how we build it. This role is ideal for someone who’s pragmatic, user-oriented, and excited about building smart software that people actually use.

What you’ll do

• Build fullstack features end-to-end using Node, TypeScript and React

• Talk to customers, gather feedback, and help translate needs into product decisions

• Work with AI-powered tools, integrating APIs and experimenting with prompts

• Contribute to technical decisions, from architecture to performance improvements

• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code

• Take part in planning, estimating, and improving delivery processes

• Help shape product direction through a strong technical and user-focused lens

  
  

Requirements

• Solid experience in React, Node and TypeScript

• Comfortable working across the stack and owning features from idea to production

• Strong product mindset – you care about users and outcomes, not just code

• Good communication skills and willingness to talk to non-technical stakeholders

• Basic understanding of LLMs

• Experience integrating third-party APIs and services

• Comfortable working in a bilingual setting (Polish B2+ and English B2+)
