We are looking for a UX Data Analyst who is passionate about data, user experience, and digital analytics. You will work with large datasets, support decision-making processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights.

What you’ll need

• Higher education degree or final-year student status in an analytical field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Management, or Finance

• Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets): formulas, pivot tables, and working with large datasets

• Experience working with databases and writing queries in SQL

• Knowledge of at least one data analysis language or tool (e.g. Python, R, statistical packages, or BI tools)

• Interest in AI and modern AI models, with practical examples of using AI tools in daily analytical work (e.g. ChatGPT, Gemini)

• Strong analytical thinking and the ability to logically interpret data and draw meaningful conclusions

• Good communication skills and openness to new challenges

• Willingness to learn new areas of Digital Analytics

• Teamwork skills and readiness to collaborate with different departments across the organization

• High level of accuracy, reliability, and attention to data quality and consistency

• Strong motivation and eagerness to learn and develop professionally

• Good command of written and spoken Polish and English (B2+/C1)

Nice to have

• Experience with Business Intelligence / reporting tools such as Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI/reporting systems

• Ability to work interdisciplinarily, combining quantitative and qualitative data

• Experience with Google and/or Meta marketing tools
