Fluke’s main goal is to satisfy our customers’ needs by providing fully proven solutions. We are looking for a new member of the Verification and Validation team to deliver our newest products with the highest quality.
The Validation and Verification Engineer will be analyzing product requirements, crafting test plans, designing test setups, developing unified test environment, and creating test automation software to verify Fluke's products, ensuring they are fully functional and exceed our customers’ expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop automated verification systems for each assigned product to ensure complete and robust test coverage.
- Work with more senior engineers on creation of the product requirements ensuring that they meet the key validation criteria of complete, objective, and testable.
- Build and create test plans/cases for black-box testing according to product requirements and project schedule with execution toward quality and delivery.
- Be an integrated project member in the embedded software teams

You will be part of a global engineering organization with team members in Europe, North America, and Asia. You will be working with other engineers: HW Engineers, SW Engineers, ME Engineers, V&V Engineers.

Experience:
- BS in Electronics Engineering or Computer Science with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- experience with Agile Software development,
- programming skills for test automation, hands-on experience with Python or Squish,
- understanding product’s features from user’s perspective.
- Knowledge of verification and validation process, test strategies, requirements’ management,
- Ability to learn new programming concepts, languages, and best practices.
- Ability to work with ambiguity and use good judgement and decision-making skills
- Alternatively, experience from production testing of electronics, knowledge of productions test systems, experience in test sequence creation with LabView or TestStand.
