HCM Application Consultant (Oracle HCM / Workday)

We are looking for a HCM Application Consultant to join our team and support clients in the configuration, development, and maintenance of modern cloud HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in implementing and configuring HCM modules

• Analyze business requirements and map them to system functionalities

• Assist in system configuration and data maintenance

• Create and maintain system reports and support reporting needs

• Prepare technical and business documentation

• Participate in system, user acceptance (UAT), and integration testing

• Provide ongoing support to system users and resolve basic issues

• Support process improvements and system enhancements

Requirements

• MS Office knowledge

• Strong communication skills and eagerness to learn new technologies

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good command of English (minimum B2)

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of HR processes

• Experience or education related to HR or IT systems

• Familiarity with HRIS / HCM platforms (e.g., Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)

• Basic reporting or SQL knowledge
