System Support Analyst

About the role:

We are looking for System Support Analyst to join our team and work in a modern and international environment. At this position, you will be responsible for the daily operations of 14 international banks. Your job is to keep the batches and our clients running. Sounds interesting? Apply!

What will you do:

• create and execute jobs and jobs nets for batch processing
• monitor processes and analyze / review results
• Run End of Business Batches (EOD)
• identify and solving of occurring issues and aborts in the job execution
• execution of client’s service requests
• error detection and elimination in area of job control
• continuous optimization of processes
• planning and execution of software rollouts
• Investigating configuration issues
• support other departments with batch execution and batch support
• support and take part in new business projects
• on-call duty

What you need:

Must have:

• at least 2+ years of experience in a similiar position
• knowledge of UNIX/LINUX (on shell-level)
• ITIL experience
• strong customer service and communication skills
• team player
• having fun in solving issues
• good English skills (spoken/written)
• German skills at least on the basic level (A1/2)

Nice to have:

• experience in batch job processing (used Tool = UC4 / Automatic)
• experience in finance and/or banking sector
