We are growing our backend team and looking for a Lead Backend Developer to join us. This role requires strong technical skills, leadership experience, and the ability to manage backend development processes. You will work closely with the team to ensure high-quality code, scalable solutions, and smooth collaboration.
What you'll do
- Lead and mentor the backend team.
- Develop and maintain backend systems using Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
- Manage and optimize AWS cloud services (Elastic Beanstalk, EC2, Lambda, DynamoDB, RDS, SES, etc.).
- Improve development processes and ensure best practices.
- Help with hiring, onboarding, and performance reviews.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to align on project goals.
Must have
Technical Skills:

5+ years of backend development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Node.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
- Experience working with AWS cloud services.

18+ months of leadership experience (team management, hiring, giving feedback).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
