The Mission
NetTickIT is a high-performance retail platform trusted by global brands. To keep delivering exceptional efficiency, we need a Project & Operations Coordinator who lives for order. You will be the "Air Traffic Controller" for our team managing the flow of information between our clients and our developers, ensuring our Jira board is crystal clear, and making sure no client email ever goes unanswered.
The Challenge
We run multiple projects simultaneously: new client implementations, ongoing maintenance, and constant feature development. We have the vision and the priorities, but we need you to manage the details. If you are the type of person who physically cannot stand a vague Jira ticket or an unorganized inbox, you belong here.
Key Responsibilities
1. Jira & Backlog Hygiene
Translate Chaos into Clarity: Take "pop-up" requests and vague client feedback and turn them into well-defined Jira tickets with clear descriptions and acceptance criteria.
Gatekeeping: Ensure no task reaches the developers until it has the information they need to actually build it.
Sprint/Weekly Planning: Prepare the board for our Monday syncs so the team can focus on deciding what to do, rather than figuring out what a ticket means.
2. Communication & Email Management
Inbox Ownership: Act as the first line of defense for incoming client emails. Categorize, tag, and ensure every request is acknowledged.
Information Mapping: Extract "gold" from client emails (specs, attachments, feedback) and attach it to the relevant Jira tasks so the team never has to ask the client the same question twice.
Stakeholder Updates: Keep clients informed on the status of their fixes, change requests, and implementation milestones.
3. Schedule & Delivery Tracking
The Master Calendar: Maintain a high-level view of all active client deadlines.
Proactive Alerting: Spot potential bottlenecks before they happen. If a delivery date is at risk because of a "pop-up" activity, you’re the one to flag it to leadership.
Accountability: Gently "nag" the internal team to ensure promised deadlines are met and replies are sent.
Who You Are
The Finisher: You don't just start things; you see them through to "Done."
Tech-Literate: You don't need to code, but you understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and feel at home in Jira.
Highly Organized: You have a system for everything. You probably have a favourite note-taking app and a specific way you organize your folders.
Clear Communicator: You can summarize complex technical issues into simple, professional updates for clients.
Resilient: You aren't rattled by "emergency" requests; you simply figure out where they fit in the deck.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in project coordination, junior project management, or a similar operations role within a software/tech environment.
Hands-on experience with Jira (setting up workflows, managing backlogs).
Experience in a client-facing role (retail software experience is a massive plus).
Excellent professional English.
