What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with our team to deliver incremental value through agile, systematic development cycles.

• Write clean, reusable, and efficient functional code using Scala, following TDD and engaging in pair-programming as needed.

• Ensure our solutions are testable, deployable, and scalable.

Who You Are

We’re looking for a proactive, mid-level backend engineer with:

• 3+ years of software development experience.

• Proficiency in Scala, or similar languages (e.g., Haskell).

• A solid understanding of reactive and/or functional programming paradigms.

• Knowledge of Agile principles and experience working within the Scrum framework.

• (Nice-to-have) Experience using AI coding assistants effectively in a professional setting — knowing how to prompt well, scope tasks, and review AI-generated code critically.

• (Nice-to-have) An interest in or experience with blockchain/DLT technologies.

• (Bonus) A degree in Computer Science or a related field.
