    FINEOS Corporation, a leading provider of core insurance technology, is seeking graduates to join our Product Engineering Team in Gdańsk as

    Graduate Software Engineer

    on a full-time permanent basis, starting July 2021.

    FINEOS is a global market leader in core insurance technology for Disability, Life, Accident and Health. We help our customers care for the people they serve through the delivery of superior insurance software, offered in the Cloud and for on-premises deployments.

    Working as a Graduate in FINEOS provides an excellent opportunity for you to acquire practical, real-world software engineering experience while working in one of our SCRUM teams, creating products that meet market needs. 

    FINEOS offers a comprehensive training program for all graduates geared towards long term career progression and personal development. You will have an opportunity to cooperate with and travel to other FINEOS locations.


    Your role in our team will be:

    • Software development, building product that makes the difference on insurance market (Java, Docker, React, AWS, Gradle, Jenkins, Git)
    • Ensuring product quality as part of Continuous Integration and end-to-end solution testing.
    • Collaboration with your SCRUM team and teams in other locations to effectively plan, estimate and do your work.
     
    We are looking for candidates with:

    • Relevant higher education
    • Java experience, preferably in web applications (back-end, front-end, SOAP, REST, you tell us)
    • Knowledge on relational databases
    • Willingness to learn, collaborative mindset and focus on providing solutions
    • Good communication skills in English
