Job description

Your Responsibilities:

  • Leading complex IT projects for various Customer Units and clients within the FIEGE Group

  • Coordinating the entire project lifecycle - from the tender phase to successful project completion and handover to operations

  • Planning and managing time, budget, and resources; conducting risk assessments; and ensuring target achievement through project controlling

  • Managing and supporting requirements analysis and concept development, and ensuring proper implementation throughout the project

  • Facilitating project communication and coordination within interdisciplinary teams to ensure transparency for all stakeholders

  • Taking a leading role in IT tender management, including the design and costing of customer solutions in collaboration with relevant departments

  • Collaborating closely with FIEGE branches and customers on-site

  • Contributing to the development and continuous improvement of the group-wide IT project organization and methodology

  • Acting as a moderator between various stakeholders, including Customer Units, Consulting, Tender Management, and central IT departments

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification

  • Solid professional experience in logistics and IT project management

  • Strong project management skills and methodological expertise (e.g., PRINCE2 or equivalent), ideally with knowledge of agile methods

  • Excellent communication skills, initiative, and a strong ability to develop and implement solutions

  • Confident demeanor and assertiveness

  • Interest in a diverse role within a collaborative and dynamic environment with plenty of room for creativity

  • Willingness to travel (approx. 20%)

  • Fluent in English (business level) and also in German
