We are involved in exci­ting projects for well-known custo­mers in the medical, phar­ma­ceu­tical and life science sectors. We are looking for Test Auto­ma­tion Engi­neer with Python. In this role, you will colla­bo­rate with our highly skilled deve­lop­ment teams to create state-of-the-art solu­tions for remote patient moni­to­ring, medi­ca­tion adhe­rence and manage­ment and patient support.

Your area of responsibilities:

• Designing, implementing, executing, and maintaining automated tests following automated test strategies for embedded medical software

• Building and maintaining a mobile automation test set for high-safety-risk Medical Devices

• Assuring high-quality standards for test activities to ensure that the medical device is safe for patient use

• Assistance in creating and maintaining test specification documents

• Communicating with project team members, including external QA and Analytics team, to define and agree on acceptance criteria, ensure appropriate test strategy adoption, and address technical issues

• Maintaining a continuous integration environment (TeamCity)

• Gathering and monitoring statistics from automated tests and software development activities

What you bring to the table:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance domains

• Proficient in Python, with hands-on experience in implementing and debugging automated tests

• Familiar with unittest or other common Python testing frameworks

• Solid understanding of coding standards and software design patterns, with emphasis on Python clean code principles and language-specific patterns

• Experience in creating, executing, and maintaining automated functional tests

• Very good spoken and written English

• Effective use of testing tools and processes like JIRA

• Willingness to consult and coordinate work with the external QA and Analytics Team

Experience in any of the following areas is a distinct advantage:

• CI tools: TeamCity

• Testing Embedded Solutions

• Experience with the Perforce version control system

• Knowledge of Bluetooth technology design and specifications

• Experience in mobile test automation
