Ferchau Poland invites experienced Software Simulation Engineer to join our team in Poland. The candidate will be responsible for SIL and HIL simulations using Matlab Simulink technology for Automotive sector – Special Vehicles (mobile cranes).

Roles and Responsibilities

• Developing and integrating operating strategies and modelling of subsystems
• Improving, testing and simulating software and hardware with Matlab Simulink technology
• Supporting process improvements towards workflow compliance and automation
• Developing and implementing automated tests to ensure SIL and HIL quality

Skills and Qualifications

• University degree in Computer Science, Mechatronics, Electronics engineering or related field
• Very good knowledge of modelling systems using Matlab/Simulink
• 3+ years of experience as a simulation engineer, software developer, software integrator or system architect in embedded systems domain using C/C++
• Experience in Automotive, especially Commercial Vehicles will be advantageous
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, proficiency in Polish, German will be an advantage
• Open-minded and cooperative working style within a multicultural and international context
• Great self-organised skills and focus on detail
