- Minimum 6 years of professional experience with Java (version 17 or newer)
- Strong knowledge of Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC) and ORM tools like Hibernate or JPA
- Hands-on experience with Docker and CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab
- Advanced SQL knowledge and practical experience with relational databases
- Competence in unit testing (JUnit, Mockito) and integration testing
- Proficiency in AWS cloud services and microservices architecture
- In-depth experience with system integration and designing scalable microservices
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
- Fluent English (B2 level or higher)
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, up to 2-3 days/week depending on the project
- Experience with additional Java frameworks and Spring Security
- Proficiency in Kubernetes and CI/CD methodologies
- Knowledge of NoSQL databases, PostgreSQL, and database performance optimization
- Familiarity with performance testing and automation frameworks
