We’re looking for an experienced & ambitious Product Designer who will help us solve complex business problems and build a product that our clients will love.
In this role you will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering and Marketing Solutions teams. This position requires a strategic thinker and practical designer skilled at tackling complex challenges. You will have the chance to shape design strategy, develop comprehensive user journeys, and maintain high standards and consistency in user experience of our product. You should manage your work autonomously and solve complex design problems (it’s not about just building interfaces!)

- Designing the complete user experience for the Evolve Marketing Platform. From shaping the long-term vision to defining and implementing specific features.
- Understanding our target users and making sure the entire business does too. Advocating for users in every design conversation.
- Planning and conducting the research and experiments to inform design decisions.
- Communicate and test ideas and hypotheses to innovate our User Experience.
- Translating the business requirements into user journeys, including designing wireframes, prototypes and screens.
- Owning and contributing to the Design System by building reusable components and ensuring visual and functional consistency
- Contributing to our Product Strategy and Roadmap
- +5 years of experience designing SaaS B2B digital products.
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Curiosity, empathy, and a drive to deeply understand user needs.
- Proven experience collaborating closely with developers and business throughout every phase of the design process. From initial analysis, workshops, sketches, brainstorming, and concept development to user research, prototyping, and final design delivery.
- Skilled in creating and organising design artefacts, including user flows, journey maps, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, specifications, and all related documentation to support the design process.
- Familiarity with design systems and fluency with modern design tools (eg. Figma).
- Strong English skills, both spoken and written.
- Competitive salary between 14-18k PLN net, depending on experience
