We are looking for a Product Manager responsible for the complete product development cycle from research to creating requirements, user stories, and specifications for new features for ManageBac. A vital part of the role will be working closely with the ManageBac development team, answering queries, writing detailed stories, ensuring the product roadmap is delivered, and working closely with the Director of Product Management to assist in determining the roadmap via careful assessment of customer, support and sales teams feedback to make informed decisions. Coordinating multiple teams and time zones, this high-communications position requires strong attention to detail to ensure all dependencies are satisfied and that new features are smoothly developed and handed off to the engineering department.

Responsibilities
- Understanding the goals and business needs of the organization and recommending potential solutions;
- Communicating and representing requirements to stakeholders throughout solution development;
- Preparing documentation, such as Functional Specifications and Technical Specifications;
- Evaluating the value being delivered by new and existing solutions;
- Instructing, directing, and validating development work;
- Managing product backlogs and versions according to Scrum methodology;
Requirements
- Production Experience in a Product Management Team serving a scaled user base (100k+ users)
- Experience designing features, running product tests, and writing specifications (use cases, user stories, main and alternative flows, etc.)
- Good understanding of SaaS types of products;
- Proven ability to ship ‘complete’ features that address Customer ‘jobs-to-be-done’
- Good UX & design sense for Web & Mobile
- Communication between business stakeholders and the team is needed to reach a common understanding of the solution and address the needs.
- Fluent in verbal and written English for communication and creating documentation
Skills & Competencies
- Overall Responsibility for JIRA and Confluence project organization and keeping things neat & tidy to support a smooth PM & Developer flow
- Ensuring that QA & Testing is rigorous and thorough
- Effectively coordinating the PM Team <> Developers <> QAs to work well together smoothly
- Ability to Manage Conflict and High-Stakes Product Releases or Security Incidents
- Strong understanding of modern tools like AI
- Strong technical knowledge of data and integrations
